1. Service Description
   Lenka Dritilova Peruzzi (VAT no. 07125740485) offers yoga, pilates, and holistic practices (meditation, sound baths, guided relaxation), both individual and group sessions, at Moodra Yoga Studio, located in Florence (FI), at Via Ugo Foscolo 6. Services may also be delivered through qualified collaborators.

2. Booking and Participation
   Classes must be booked online via the BSport platform, accessible through the website www.moodrastudio.it. Bookings or cancellations can be made up to 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show without notice, the class will still be considered as attended.

3. Payments and Invoicing
   Payment for packages or individual classes is made via BSport at the time of booking. An official electronic invoice will be issued to the client upon payment.

4. Duration and Validity of Packages
   Class packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. In case of temporary inability to attend due to documented health reasons, clients may request a suspension of the package, subject to the instructor’s discretion.

5. Liability and Health Conditions
   By participating in the classes, clients declare that they are in good health and fit for practice. It is the client’s responsibility to promptly inform the instructor of any physical or health-related issues. Lenka Dritilova Peruzzi shall not be held liable for any injuries or discomfort resulting from class participation.

6. Personal Data Processing
   Personal data provided will be processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), solely for purposes related to the management of studio activities.

7. Jurisdiction
   Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Florence.

By confirming the booking, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
