Teachers

I offer a variety of classes that don’t focus on a single technique, but rather draw from different approaches to meet the spiritual and personal needs of each client. Getting to know the person always comes before applying any specific discipline. It’s a modern and flexible approach, in harmony with a Western lifestyle.

My Hot Training is an experience created for those who wish to train both body and mind in a stimulating and profound environment. The sessions combine mobility, strength, and flexibility to build a healthy, responsive, and coordinated body, while at the same time enhancing focus and mental presence. A journey that blends control, energy, and well-being through heat and movement.

Joanna is a yoga teacher with more than ten years of experience in London, Paris, and Florence. Her approach integrates functional anatomy, neuroscience, and somatic movement, creating dynamic and profound practices where breath and creativity meet.

I have been teaching yoga for nearly ten years, always cultivating the “beginner’s mind.” After studying Ashtanga in Mysore, I continued my training in Paris with Yin Yoga, prenatal yoga, and postnatal rehabilitation. I also study Sanskrit and am a certified Shiatsu practitioner.

“In 2018, I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, a chronic intestinal condition that completely changed my perspective and led me to explore more deeply through research and personal experience.
Drawing on my background as a competitive softball athlete, I began to see physical activity as a true form of healing—not just for the body, but for the mind as well.”

I strive to bring variety and engaging stimuli to my classes, adapting each exercise or asana to the needs and goals of the practitioner, while promoting the pursuit of balance rather than perfection. For me, creating a welcoming space and fostering well-being are the main purposes of every class.

“Physical activity, sport, and movement are the key to your health. Dedicating time to fitness means taking care of yourself, challenging your limits, and going beyond them. Believe in yourself, listen to your body and your mind—nothing can stop you!”

I am a personal trainer specialized in functional training, with a mission that goes beyond fitness: to guide people toward a complete transformation, both physical and inner. I believe in the power of authentic connections, because true change happens only when mind and body work together. Every journey I design is unique, created to bring out the best version of oneself—with awareness, energy, and determination.

An athlete at heart, I found in yoga the perfect synthesis between body and mind. After earning my Yoga Alliance certification in 2021 and years of consistent Ashtanga practice, I deepened my studies across India, Nepal, and Indonesia.
At the same time, I study food and nutrition, because I believe that balance and well-being arise from the harmony between practice, discipline, and mindful eating.
My goal is to share a form of yoga that’s accessible to everyone — from the curious beginner to the experienced teacher.
